Conducted data cleaning and analysis using Python’s pandas library to explore distribution characteristics of apparel sales data, including apparel product life cycle, price band distribution, and the relationship between discounts and sales.
Innovatively constructed predictive models based on longest increasing subsequences, achieving a prediction accuracy of 78.9% and identifying fast-selling products 17 days earlier than traditional methods.

Developed an Integer Linear Programming (ILP) model for “flexible scheduling” of emergency buses, implementing the model using CPLEX to find exact solutions.
- Designed and implemented a heuristic algorithm based on averaging concepts and local search techniques, achieving results within 2.2% of the exact solution.
